The ADHD Money Reset

Feel less messy with money in 6 weeks - without doing it alone.

The ADHD Money Reset is a focused six-week programme for people who want to properly reset their relationship with money and build a structure that actually holds.

You earn well. You cope. From the outside, everything looks fine.

But money still feels harder than it should. You might have tried to “sort it” before, only to find the systems never quite stuck.

This isn’t about becoming hyper‑disciplined or turning into someone you’re not. It’s a space to pause, reflect on what’s actually been happening with your money, and start a new chapter with more clarity, self‑understanding and a structure that genuinely works for you.

It's not about being perfect. It’s about understanding what’s been happening, letting go of the guilt, and starting a new chapter with your money, one that you can stick to.

If this feels familiar, you’re in the right place.

You might be thinking…

  • I earn enough, so why does it still feel like this?
  • I keep meaning to sort it out, but I never seem to stay on top of it.
  • I avoid looking at my banking app because it instantly makes me anxious.
  • I’ve tried apps, spreadsheets and fresh starts, but nothing sticks.
  • I feel capable in other areas of life, but not with money.

This isn’t another budgeting lecture.

What this is

  • A focused 6‑week group coaching programme to reflect on your relationship with money and understand what’s really been happening
  • A supportive space to reflect on your patterns without judgement or shame
  • Support to build a calmer, simpler structure that actually holds in real life
  • Practical tools and perspectives designed for ADHD brains

What this is not

  • Not a budgeting lecture
  • Not about becoming hyper-disciplined
  • Not financial advice
  • Not about turning into someone you’re not

The ADHD Money Reset

A focused six-week programme to help you understand what’s been happening with your money, reduce the guilt, and build a calmer system that actually holds.

Weeks 1–2Understanding the Pattern

Weeks 3–4Calm Financial Visibility

Week 5Building a Simpler Structure

Week 6Momentum

What you’ll walk away with

By the end of the six weeks, the aim isn’t perfection. It’s a quieter, steadier relationship with money and a sense that things finally make more sense.

More clarity

A clearer picture of what’s happening with your money, instead of that vague, heavy background dread.

More structure

A simple money setup that feels lighter, more realistic and easier to keep going in everyday life.

More calm

The ability to open your banking app, make decisions and know what to do next without that familiar dread.

Alongside the practical tools, you’ll have guided reflection prompts, simple journaling exercises, and optional playlists or short grounding practices to help you process what’s been happening - not rush past it.

How it works

The programme is structured to move gently from reflection to clarity and then into practical change.

  • 6 weeks
  • Weekly 60-minute live group session
  • Small group feel
  • Short teaching videos between sessions
  • Structured workbook
  • Optional private pop-up Facebook group
  • Focused, practical and contained

Designed for low overwhelm

This programme is intentionally designed to feel focused, reflective and contained.

No overwhelm for the sake of it. No pressure to do everything perfectly. Just space to reflect, understand what’s been happening, and begin building a simpler structure you can work with in real life.

Meet Abby

I’m Abby Birch, a Neurodivergent Money Expert with over 25 years’ experience across financial services, including working as a qualified financial adviser, money coach, trainer and speaker.

I’m also a qualified ADHD coach. Alongside my professional background, I’m neurodivergent myself and a SEN mum, so I know personally as well as professionally how people are expected to adapt to systems that were never designed for them.

I believe money support needs rethinking. Because when money support is designed with neurodivergent people in mind, it becomes simpler, more accessible and more effective for everyone.

If your ADHD makes money feel chaotic, confusing or harder than it should be, this focused session will help you understand what’s actually going on and what to do next. In this 60-minute session, we’ll look at what’s currently happening with your money, what isn’t working, patterns that may be linked to ADHD, and the first realistic place to start improving things. This is not financial advice and it’s not a lecture about budgeting. It’s a practical conversation designed to help you see your money situation more clearly and identify the first step to take.

  • 60 minutes
  • £99
  • Supportive, judgement-free conversation
  • Clearer picture of what’s happening
  • A simple next step to take

The goal isn’t to fix everything in an hour.

The aim is to help you move from chaos to clarity so you can reflect on what’s been happening with your money and see a calmer place to start.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?

No. This is for people with ADHD, or people who recognise ADHD traits in themselves and can see the impact on money.

Is this financial advice?

No. This is supportive money coaching and education. It does not include product recommendations or regulated financial advice.

What if I’ve tried apps and spreadsheets already?

Most people here have. The difference is that this work starts with behaviour, emotional patterns and ADHD-friendly structure rather than forcing you into tools that don’t fit.

What if I feel embarrassed about my finances?

That’s incredibly common. This work is designed to reduce shame, not add to it. You do not need to arrive sorted to get support.
